At QuotaPath, we aimed to simplify sales compensation by creating a solution for complex plans that is fun and user-friendly. Our challenge was building a product from the ground up that accommodates intricate compensation plans while being intuitive and easy to use at every step. And as a team, made sure to gathered insights from our internal & external sales leaders to enhance the product with each new feature.
As the sole product designer, I lead design strategy, UX/UI, QA and worked closely with cross-functional teams from research to feature launch. Milestones achieved were: freemium and enterprise offerings, integrations with HubSpot & Salesforce, and a $21.3M Series A raise.
